Job Description

In the role of Technology Analyst, you will bring emerging technologies to life through immersive, hands-on demonstrations that showcase real business solutions for clients across industries. You will design, build, and maintain innovative prototypes and demonstrations that highlight the potential of AI, robotics, digital experiences, and other emerging technologies. You will be involved in everything from configuring and integrating solutions behind the scenes to presenting live demonstrations to senior business and technology leaders. Beyond technology development, you will play an active role in client workshops, design thinking sessions, and innovation engagements, helping customers explore opportunities, shape ideas, and envision future solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on engineering, creativity, storytelling, and customer interaction in a fast-paced innovation environment.

Required

• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with few years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, scripting, or building demos (hackathons, personal projects, internships all count)
• Ability to build, configure, and maintain interactive technology demonstrations and prototypes that showcase the power of emerging technologies to address real-world business challenges.
• Collaborate with the innovation team to translate emerging technology concepts, including AI, IoT, robotics, and digital experiences, into engaging, story-driven demonstrations.
• Ensure demo experiences and technology platforms are maintained, reliable, and continuously updated with relevant and compelling use cases.
• Research, evaluate, and experiment with new technologies, platforms, and tools that can enhance the portfolio of innovation experiences.
• Present technology demonstrations to clients, executives, and business leaders, tailoring the story and value proposition to their industry, challenges, and interests.
• Support the planning, facilitation, and delivery of design thinking workshops and innovation sessions
• Willingness to work primarily on-site in Düsseldorf, as the role involves engaging directly with visiting clients and partners.
• Fluent in both German and English
