About This Position

What you´ll do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and success of Henkel’s global SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning product in our Business Unit IT (DX)
• Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and product enhancements
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value
• Drive the evolution and standardization of global Demand Planning capabilities
• Lead stakeholder alignment and product governance across regions and functions
• Drive user adoption, performance improvements, and business value realization
• Foster innovation through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven planning
• Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Information Technology, complemented by a Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with deep process knowledge in the area of demand planning / sales and operations planning
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience in agile project delivery environments
• Profound background in SAP products, especially SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Fluent English skills
