Your Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Growth (Tier-2 E-Commerce)

• Full ownership of the Tier-2 e-commerce channel (e.g., tink, Galaxus, Kaufland, OTTO, notebooksbilliger), with responsibility for sales performance and profitability
• Development and execution of annual and quarterly growth plans per account, covering assortment, pricing structures and promotions
• Expansion into new sales channels, from partner identification and evaluation through onboarding and ramp-up
• Optimization of distributor efficiency and margin structure
  
  
  

Key Account Management

• Negotiation of commercial terms, including annual agreements, payment terms and logistics conditions
• Product pricing strategy and cross-channel price consistency
• Planning of new product launches and promotional campaigns
• MDF and rebate management, covering planning, claims and ROI evaluation
• Acquisition of joint marketing resources and management of on-site advertising
• Listing optimization, covering content, images, attributes and reviews
• PSI monitoring and inventory management, including forecasting and stock health
  
  
  

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce key account management; experience with German e-commerce platforms is a strong plus, and Amazon experience is an advantage
• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, statistics or a related subject
• Business fluent German and English
• Excellent MS 365 skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, data modeling, forecasting)
• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for data analysis, content creation and reporting automation
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a focus on sales and profitability
