Who we are

SteerSuite makes companies AI-native. Our digital office is called SteerSuite HQ: people and AI agents work on the same tasks there, and we run our own company on it. A patent application for the technical core is pending with the German Patent Office (DPMA).

Founded in February 2026. Behind it are two founders: Sakis Tabakis (Bochum, 16 years of digitalization and finance leadership, including Schneider Electric and E.ON) and Julian Rosen (Miami, 15 years at EY), backed by an advisory board with backgrounds at Apple, Google and Schneider Electric.

What you'll do

• Video, posts, threads: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram. You decide what works where.
• You're in the room when we build, decide and close customers, and you turn that into content, not a reenactment.
• You keep developing format and tone yourself; we only set the guardrails.
• Launch content for Miami this fall: Founder Day and Investor Day.
  
  

Who you are

• You've built or actively owned a channel before, not just posted to one.
• You spot the clip everyone else missed in a five-minute meeting.
• You edit and post yourself, without waiting on an agency.
• Business-fluent German, English at C1.
  
  

Nice to have, not required: your own reach, a portfolio that shows what you've already built.

The setup

Part-time or full-time (50–100%), you tell us what fits. Start immediately, remote from Germany, occasional on-site in Bochum or Düsseldorf, we cover travel costs. This role is built to last, it doesn't end when Miami does.

The controller responsible for processing is SteerSuite GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG. For the selection process, we will share your application documents with our co-founder Julian Rosen in Miami (USA). Before this transfer takes place, we will implement an appropriate safeguard pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. We will delete your documents no later than six months after completion of the process, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Providing your documents is voluntary, but required in order to participate in the application process; without them, we cannot consider your application.
