Retail Media Manager EU (d/f/m) - #2633196

What you´ll do

• Advance Online Retail Media expertise & holistic ORM strategic approach for EU
• Partner closely with EU eCOM sales team & ORM stakeholders (e.g. playbooks, strategic guidelines, activation approaches, pilots)
• Foster robust collaboration with internal stakeholders including upskilling & education
• Analyse & drive scalable learnings for EU (e.g. from best practices, studies, data sources and experimentation) in close collaboration with internal & external teams
• Develop & enhance measurement framework for ORM and closely track activation impact (full funnel)

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Marketing, Media, Management, E-Commerce or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in media, online retail media, eCOM, marketing, analytics, preferably within FMCG industry
• Proven experience in delivering winning ORM / media strategy with strong understanding of eCOM & sales and local execution
• Excellent project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and brands
• Passion for eCommerce, digital & social media, trends and media
• Fluent English skills, further language skills are beneficial
