Logistic Operations Specialist - #2630682

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate transportation providers, warehouses, and customers based on customer requirements and transportation plans to arrange pickups, deliveries, and related logistics resources.

2. Monitor vehicle arrivals, loading activities, transportation progress, and delivery status to ensure transportation operations are executed according to schedule.

3. Manage transportation and delivery progress for customer orders, ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time.

4. Liaise with warehouses, transportation providers, and customers to coordinate and resolve daily operational issues, ensuring smooth business operations.

5. Track and handle transportation exceptions, including delays, damages, shortages, and delivery refusals. Drive timely resolution and ensure proper closure of issues.

6. Maintain transportation, warehousing, and delivery-related data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner within relevant systems.

7. Collect, verify, and archive Proof of Delivery (POD), transportation documents, and other operational records.

8. Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes to enhance transportation efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

9. Assist in logistics projects and other supply chain-related initiatives as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations. Experience with third-party logistics (3PL), freight forwarding, or e-commerce logistics is preferred.

3. Good understanding of transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes, with a strong interest in the logistics industry.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently with customers, warehouses, and transportation providers.

5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Data analysis skills are an advantage.

7. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. German language skills are a plus.

8. Valid German Class B driver's license with practical driving experience is preferred.
