As an FSM Solution Architect, you will lead the solution design process, working closely with clients and delivery teams to define innovative, best-practice FSM solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to strategic goals.

What you can expect from the role: 

• Lead the architectural design of FSM solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into high-level and detailed design documents.
• Provide strategic advice on solution options, platform capabilities, and integration approaches.
  
• Work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Technical Architects to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
  
• Define standards, patterns, and frameworks for FSM solution delivery.
  
• Oversee governance of design decisions, change control, and architectural quality assurance.
  
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal writing, client workshops, and solution demonstrations.
  

What we will look for in your CV:

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing FSM solutions (IFS FSM, Salesforce Field Service, SAP FSM, Oracle Field Service, or ServiceNow FSM etc).
• Deep understanding of field service business processes and how FSM technologies enable them.
• Strong technical background with experience integrating FSM solutions with ERP, CRM, mobile, and reporting systems.
  
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business language.
  
• Skilled in shaping large-scale transformation programmes, including cloud and hybrid environments.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
