  • Working closely with our Global HR/People teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of People services.
  • Supporting People-related activities and campaigns across Germany.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of People processes, policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Participating in local, regional and global People projects and identifying opportunities to simplify or improve how we work.

About you

You bring:

  • Confidence working with HR technology, ideally including Workday.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem solving and a genuine continuous-improvement mindset.
  • The ability to collaborate across cultures and work effectively in international and virtual teams.
  • Fluent German as well as strong English skills are required.
  • A relevant educational background.

  • Inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects
  • The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company
