For our boutique in Düsseldorf we are looking for a BOH Runner / Student Helper with passion and drive. The BOH Runner supports the Boutique team by ensuring a fast, accurate and seamless flow of products between the Back of House and the sales floor. The role contributes directly to an outstanding client experience by allowing Client Advisors to remain focused on their clients while ensuring products, packaging and operational needs are handled efficiently.

Missions

Sales Floor Support

• Respond quickly to product requests from Client Advisors.
• Retrieve and deliver requested products from the stockroom to the sales floor efficiently and accurately.
• Return and correctly store products following client presentations.
• Anticipate the needs of the sales team during peak trading periods.
• Support smooth product flow during appointments, events and high-traffic periods.
  
  

Back of House & Stock Organisation

• Maintain an organised, clean and efficient stockroom environment.
• Ensure products are stored according to established Boutique standards.
• Support replenishment of products, packaging and other sales-floor necessities.
• Assist with deliveries, transfers, unpacking and product movements as required.
• Handle all merchandise with the appropriate level of care and attention.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Support accurate product movements between BOH and the sales floor.
• Follow Boutique procedures for product handling, security and stock management.
• Immediately flag discrepancies, missing products or operational issues to the relevant manager.
• Assist the Operations/Stock team with day-to-day BOH activities when required.
• Contribute to maintaining excellent housekeeping and workplace standards.
  
  

Client Experience

• Work discreetly and professionally around clients and the sales team.
• Understand that speed and accuracy in BOH directly contribute to the client experience.
• Help minimise waiting time by ensuring requested products reach the Client Advisor promptly.
• Demonstrate the expected standards of grooming, behaviour and professionalism at all times.
  
  

Profil

• Highly organised, energetic and hands-on.
• Being available on following time-slots:
• Mon-Wed: 16:00 - 19:00
• Friday: 14:00 - 19:00
• Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00
• Fast and efficient while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong service mindset.
• Able to prioritise several requests during busy periods.
• Reliable and disciplined in handling high-value merchandise.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Sales, Operations and Management teams.
• Previous retail, stock or hospitality experience is an advantage.
