Your responsibilities

Being part of an international high profile team with the unique opportunity to gain insights into Uniper and into the operations of Internal Audit. Work in a diverse team with colleagues having different professional backgrounds. In Internal Audit, we are committed to people development. Your primary focus will be to support Internal Audit on its data and technology journey, contributing to the implementation of our Technology Strategy and the further integration of Data Analytics, AI and digital solutions into our audit approach and processes.

• Work with Internal Audit leaders and colleagues to understand business and technology needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Collaborate and network with Data and Technology experts across Uniper to exchange knowledge and leverage existing solutions
• Support the implementation and further development of Data Analytics solutions for Internal Audit
• Contribute to the digitalization and automation of Internal Audit processes
• Support the operation and administration of the digital Audit Management System
• Help develop and implement sustainable and pragmatic technology solutions to improve audit processes and ways of working
• Support the development of relevant guidelines, frameworks, and user documentation for digital solutions
• Develop training materials and support the upskilling of Internal Audit colleagues when new digital solutions are rolled out
• Contribute to the development of Microsoft Copilot agents and other AI-enabled solutions supporting Internal Audit’s digitalization and automation journey
• Support the quarterly reporting process and the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP)
• Support other team and departmental activities as required
  
  

Your profile

• Ongoing university studies in energy management, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business mathematics, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data and technology to solve business problems and support decision-making
• Affinity for Data Analytics, Data Science and digital technologies
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
• Programming experience in Python, R and/or SQL is an advantage
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and motivation to further develop your knowledge in this area; experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT is an advantage
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, combined with a high degree of self-motivation and willingness to take ownership
• Critical thinking, sound judgement, and a business-oriented mindset
• Very good written and spoken English and German; additional language skills are an advantage
