TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Shape and develop the Group’s transfer pricing framework, from policy design and clear responsibilities to regular monitoring
• Prepare, coordinate and maintain transfer pricing documentation, including the master file, local files and supporting analyses
• Manage transfer pricing audits, inquiries and disputes in collaboration with external advisors and local teams
• Design, review and develop intercompany structures, charging models and transaction matrices
• Advise on international tax matters, including permanent establishment risks, withholding taxes and cross-border transactions
• Support financing, treasury and intercompany funding arrangements from an international tax perspective
• Bring your tax expertise to acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and the development of legal structures and business models
• Work with Controlling and Finance to develop and document clear allocation keys and charging methodologies
• Monitor international tax developments and assess their impact on the Group’s tax position
• Strengthen transfer pricing governance, controls and processes across countries
  
  

Your Skills

• Strategic thinking and the ability to analyse complex matters and translate them into practical solutions
• Experience managing complex projects and handling tax audits and disputes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different functions, local teams and external advisors
• Sound judgement in setting priorities, combined with a structured and independent approach to complex matters
