About This Position

What you´ll do

• Leads entire plant cell/department
• Strong role-model in safety, quality and ongoing delivery of the high standards
• Owning in process and output measures of the Cell (output KPIs: safety, quality, operational excellence, productivity and cost) (In-process KPIs: qualification level, DMS execution, loss elimination, maintenance)
• Builds the business: ongoing improvement and projects execution
• Builds the organization: builds and develops the team. Develops the leaders of others in his/her organization
• Implements Lean manufacturing according the Henkel standards (HPS) as a way of work in his/her Cell/team
• Strives for ongoing improvement: implementing of the best industry practices, Self and team development
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Master degree in technical field
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in a production leadership position
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/Food industry, understanding of mixing processes, sequence and dosage, experience in Batch and production control is strong advantage
• Good understanding of Hygiene and Quality topics
• Technically savvy
• Strong practical Lean manufacturing / Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Integrated Work Systems (IWS) skills
• Fluent language skills in German and English
