In our Real Estate department, you ensure seamless communication, efficient ticket processing, and reliable financial administration for our infrastructure operations. You serve as the central interface for partners and service providers, resolving complex operational issues and safeguarding high service standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Ticket & Inquiry Management: You independently and promptly process all incoming tickets and inquiries while ensuring their accurate classification.
• Stakeholder Correspondence: You manage the entire written and telephone communication with internal and external customers as well as service providers.
• Invoice Administration: You oversee invoice verification, release workflows, and accurate cost allocation to ensure compliant billing.
• Escalation Management: You steer escalation cases and drive fast, targeted solutions for complex or critical operational challenges.
• Relationship Building: You establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee a smooth flow of information.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Completed vocational training in the real estate sector is desirable (nice to have).
• Professional Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in ticket or inquiry management is required; experience within the telecommunications sector is an advantage (nice to have).
• Technical Skills: Sound commercial or technical knowledge is an advantage (nice to have). Soft Skills: Strong communication capabilities, professional conduct across diverse stakeholder groups, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges are required.
• Language Proficiency: Business fluent German skills (C1 level or comparable) and good English skills (at least B2 level) are required.
  
  
  

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Germany.
