Your Responsibilities

• Deployment & Operations: You steer and optimize regional deployment rollouts, processes, and standards while ensuring target achievement across volume, quality, costs, and timelines.
• Resource & Capacity Management: You take ownership of resource planning, capacity management, and the efficient deployment of external partners and regional/central capacities.
• Operational Excellence: You identify and implement strategic improvement measures to drive continuous operational performance across all regions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: You foster strong relationships with regional deployment teams, suppliers, key partners like Vodafone, and executive stakeholders.
• Executive Reporting: You deliver regular performance reports to senior management and actively contribute to Executive and ExCo decision-making.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in deployment, rollout, or infrastructure projects, alongside proven senior leadership experience within the telecommunications sector (ideally mobile or infrastructure).
• Technical Skills: Strong track record in managing budget, complex programs, and large, decentralized teams.
• Soft Skills: High level of decisiveness, strong problem-solving skills, hands-on execution focus, and the ability to thrive under pressure in complex environments.
• Language Proficiency: Business fluent / negotiation-level skills in English and German.
  
  
  

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
