Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee visualization and animation projects from brief to delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the studio and clients
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and resolve them proactively
• Facilitate smooth communication between artists, animators, and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards are met
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing creative, CG, or production projects
• Understanding of 3D visualization and animation workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday, or similar)
  
  

Nice to Have

• Background in architecture, design, or visual arts
• Experience working with international clients across different time zones
• Basic understanding of 3D software and rendering pipelines
• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification
