TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You support the digitalization journey within global Human Resources transformation projects and get to know the entire project cycle, from workshops and implementation to go-live and the operations that follow
• Our global and local Human Resources teams are supported by you in the further development of SAP SuccessFactors
• Business-specific requirements are something you capture and assess together with experienced colleagues, and you help design and implement suitable solutions
• Together with our external implementation partners, you also support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the existing system landscape
• Efficient processes as well as change and incident management benefit from your contributions, and you help ensure audit-compliant process flows
• You help the team with analyzing and resolving requests in third-level support
  
  

Your Skills

• You have gained first practical experience in project work, for example through internships, a working student role or an early career position, ideally at the intersection of IT and Human Resources
• Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, is ideally in place; knowledge of additional modules is desirable
• A basic understanding of the value chain and business contexts is something you bring
• New systems and processes are ones you get into in a structured way
• Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken, is part of your profile
• Subject matter is something you explain clearly and in a way that suits your audience
