What will you do?

Your Responsibilities

Events & Experiences

• Plan, coordinate and execute physical and digital events across EMEA, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, partner events, webinars and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, agencies, logistics, equipment, catering and other event requirements.
• Support event registrations, invitations and attendee communications.
• Travel to selected events across EMEA and provide on-site coordination and support in actively engaging with prospects.
• Ensure a consistent and professional brand experience across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Support post-event activities, including attendee follow-up, lead management and performance reporting.
  
  

Digital Marketing & CRM

• Support the creation and execution of digital campaigns connected to events and regional marketing activities.
• Work with our CRM and marketing systems to manage invitations, registrations, attendee information and event-generated leads.
• Support email marketing, social posts and other digital communication activities before, during and after events.
  
  

Content, Assets & Communications

• Coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including invitations, presentations, signage, digital materials and promotional content.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on PR and press activities surrounding key events, including announcements, press materials and media-related logistics.
• General administrative tasks like invoicing
  
  

Requirements:

What You Bring:

• 2 – 5 years of professional experience in event management, marketing, communications or a comparable role.
• Practical experience organizing physical events, ideally across multiple countries or within an international environment.
• Experience with webinars, virtual events or other digital event formats.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage several activities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong collaborative, hands-on working style.
• Professional fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within EMEA.
• Ability to work from our Düsseldorf office

Base location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Working model: We have a collaborative in-office culture: this role is based at our Düsseldorf office four days a week, with one day of home office.

Travel: Be part of our events across EMEA, with regular travel to trade shows and customer events.

Role level: Mid-level individual contributor
