Your responsibilities

• Support the Business Administration team with day-to-day operational activities and recurring tasks.
• Assist with ongoing projects, including planning, coordination, tracking and documentation.
• Collect, structure and analyse data to support business decisions and reporting.
• Prepare presentations, reports and management materials, primarily using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Database and SharePoint maintenance as well as document management
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to make existing workflows more efficient.
• Take ownership of smaller tasks or workstreams independently, while working closely with and receiving guidance from the team.
  
  

Your profile

• You are currently studying towards a degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, economics, law, engineering, business informatics or comparable courses
• Interest in a good understanding of Uniper's Renewables business
• Proven ability for structural and analytical thinking
• Structured way of working with a collaborative and proactive mindset
• A strong desire to take responsibility and improve processes
• Striving for teamwork and very good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Office (especially Power Point, Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent written and spoken English. German is an advantage.
