Your mission

  • Acquiring new customers among upper-mid-market companies and corporate clients in the DACH region
  • Identifying digital transformation opportunities related to AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and analytics
  • Meetings with departments, IT, and management to optimize and automate business processes
  • Developing solution concepts and business cases in collaboration with our presales team
  • Unlocking new opportunities for AI and BI solutions with existing customers in collaboration with our Dynamics 365 teams
  • Collaborating with Microsoft, marketing, and consulting teams to acquire new customers and further develop our sales activities
  • Independently managing the sales process through to contract signing and handover to the project team

Your profile

  • Experience in acquiring new customers and in B2B sales of complex IT solutions—what matters is your skill, not the number of years you’ve been in the field
  • A solid understanding of business processes and the potential for digitalization and automation
  • Technical expertise to assess feasibility and project scope
  • Compelling communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with business units, IT, and management
  • Initiative, negotiation skills, and a passion for collaboratively developing new business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
  • Very good German (at least C1 level) and good English skills

Nice To Have

  • Sales experience in the areas of AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure
