Global Lead Sales AI / Head of AI Sales Transformation (f/m/d) - #2739800

GEA is driving a global sales transformation powered by AI, redefining how our sales teams generate demand, build customer relationships, prepare customer interactions, and accelerate growth. This role will lead the transformation journey end-to-end, translating strategic vision into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Own the global vision, roadmap, and business case for GEA's Sales AI capabilities
• Continuously build and scale the AI skill set for GEA Sales to create measurable business impact
• Lead the development and rollout of the AI-powered Sales Assistant as Product Owner
• Act as the business owner between Sales, Marketing, IT, GEA AHEAD AI Program, Data, and external partners
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the sales process
• Drive adoption, change management, and capability building globally
• Define KPIs and ensure measurable business impact
  
  

Your Profile / Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI Transformation, Digital Innovation, Sales Excellence, Strategy Consulting, Digital Transformation, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering AI-powered business solutions from concept to adoption and measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and commercial processes
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Passion for AI, innovation, and business transformation
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to drive projects and deliver results in a complex matrix organization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
