About this Position As an Intern in the German Sales Team for B2C Adhesives, you'll have a unique opportunity to experience the dynamic world of sales within the FMCG sector. What You´ll Do

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive products. Analyze data to provide insights for sales strategies
• Customer Engagement: Assist in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Support the development of customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting
• Sell: Assist in preparing sales presentations and individual customer promotion offers
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies
• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the industry
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or (soon to be enrolled in) Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Fluent in both spoken and written German, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with German-speaking clients and customers
• String English language skills for internal stakeholder management is a plus
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for the FMCG industry and sales profession
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting March 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
