About This Position

What you´ll do

• Drive profitable growth by combining technical and commercial skills to promote technical solutions to Personal Hygiene & Tissue customers
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
• Build trusted customer relationships and provide value-driven technical consultation tailored to individual customer needs
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
• Create and present compelling proposals that demonstrate customer value, address customer needs and objections, and secure business
• Establish relationships with allied suppliers to stay close to market trends and identify growth opportunities
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering or other relevant technology/science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally in a technology-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with talent in building trusted relationships with internal and external professionals of all organizational levels
• Customer-focused problem solver with a commercial mindset
• Excellent negotiation & closing capabilities
• Fluent in English & German; additional languages are a plus
