Your Responsibilities
- Lead the Visual Merchandising strategy and execution across four countries – Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
- Elevate the customer journey through inspiring and commercially focused VM concepts that strengthen brand perception and drive performance. You will receive the VM guidelines from our brand concept team.
- Get inspired and lead, coach and develop an international multi-layered team of VM leaders and specialists, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Country Leadership teams to translate business priorities into impactful customer experiences.
- Own VM budgets and investment decisions, balancing creativity, efficiency and business results.
- Play a leading role in store openings, refurbishments and ongoing store modernization projects, helping bring C&A's evolving brand vision to life.
- Act as a champion of best practice, ensuring consistency while adapting execution to local market needs.
- Years of progressive experience in senior Visual Merchandising roles. You know what it's like to work with various types of stores & people and are used to working in an international fashion environment.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams across different countries.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on retail expertise and a passion for customer experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience translating customer insights into measurable business results.
- Business fluent in English (spoken and written), with high cultural awareness and adaptability.
- High willingness and flexibility to travel across the NWE region (approx. 40–50%).
