TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You coordinate our social and livestream activities and ensure the execution of campaigns
• You work closely with our content, brand and creator teams to manage activations efficiently
• You analyze the performance of livestreams, creator clips and campaigns and derive concrete recommendations for action
• You prepare brand meetings, from insights to storyline (strong not only visually, but also in terms of content)
• You are involved in coordination with brand partners and gain insight into commercial collaboration
• You independently take on operational topics such as coordination, follow-ups or giveaway handling
  
  

Your Skills

• You are studying or have completed a degree in business administration, business psychology, communication or a comparable field of study
• You have very good German and English skills (C1) in writing and speaking
• You know the trends on social media and understand which content works and why
• You work in a structured and precise way and keep track of things even when handling several topics in parallel
• You can understand numbers and prepare them cleanly (Excel basics are enough, but you should not be afraid of it)
• You are able to present content clearly and logically in presentations
• You take responsibility for your topics and work reliably
• You are communicative, ask questions and live the hands-on mentality
