For our Webshop Team located at our European Headquarter in Düsseldorf we are currently looking for a Working Student Webshop, LIXIL Europe (d/f/m).

About the Webshop Team: Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of e-commerce? As a Working Student in our Webshop Team, you will join the driving force behind our direct revenue streams and digital business growth. Our team manages a highly diverse portfolio of sales channels—from B2B spare parts and employee sales to market-specific initiatives like the "Buy It Installed" program. We take a 360-degree approach to e-commerce, seamlessly connecting the frontend customer experience with robust backend operations. This means you will get to experience everything from optimizing user interfaces (UI/CX), executing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring legal compliance, to managing backend platform stability and supporting crucial supply chain and order management processes. Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Operations & Order Support: Provide 2nd-level support for Webshop operational and service processes. Verify, correct, and troubleshoot sales orders across integrated systems such as SAP commerce, the payment module Adyen, and SAP ERP
• Platform Enhancement: Support the central Webshop team in designing, defining requirements, and conducting end-to-end testing for new features and system enhancements
• Content & Campaign Execution: Organize and fine-tune translations for marketing content and customer communications. Support Europe-wide marketing campaigns and optimize Webshop-related information on the GROHE website in coordination with the local markets
• Data & Analytics: Perform data analyses using tools like Tableau and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights on performance and customer behavior
• Digital Trends: Help keep the platform aligned with emerging digital marketing trends, technology readiness, and overall e-commerce best practices

Your Profile & Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: Initial relevant work experience (e.g., via an internship or working student role) preferred
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Good analytical mindset with exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP), e-commerce platforms, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio)
• Communication & Mindset: Communicative, open-minded, and strong organizational talent with a passion for working in diverse, cross-functional teams
• Languages: Fluent in English; German language skills are desirable.
