Gestalte deine Welt. Wir managen die Risiken. Provide organizational and administrative support to Program Leadership and PMO team members, including vendor management and purchase order processing. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for external resources and new team members (e.g. system access, visitor cards, general administrative support). Maintain and structure program documentation, governance materials and collaboration platforms, including calendar management, meeting organization and program events. Manage the central program mailbox and act as first point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries. Closely collaborate with the Change & Communication workstream on communication activities and continuously maintain and update the Global HR Program SharePoint as the central information platform.

• Several years of experience in project coordination, team/executive assistance or PMO environments, ideally in large-scale transformation programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a high degree of reliability, attention to detail and a proactive working style
• Very good skills in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and modern collaboration tools
• Fluent German and English
