Your Responsibilities

• Portfolio Optimization: You continuously analyze our real estate portfolio to proactively identify, evaluate, and prioritize GLBO, lease extension, AAR, and other value-creation opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: You create decision-oriented portfolio analyses and reports that ensure full transparency regarding pipelines, key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and required actions.
• Commercial Strategy: You identify portfolio trends and optimization potential, translating your analytical insights directly into concrete commercial and operational measures.
• Service Provider Management: You act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for external service providers, managing their performance, resolving operational queries, setting priorities, and handling escalations.
• Initiative Management: You manage multiple portfolio initiatives simultaneously, driving and prioritizing your activities based on commercial impact, urgency, and strategic relevance.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Professional Experience:
• Proven experience in portfolio management, portfolio optimization, or performance management.
• Solid understanding of portfolio KPIs, pipeline management, prioritization methodologies, and performance reporting.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical mindset combined with a commercial, negotiation-driven approach to derive business opportunities from portfolio data.
• Soft Skills: High level of ownership and a hands-on "make-it-happen" mentality, with the agility to seamlessly shift between data analysis, stakeholder management, service provider steering, and commercial negotiations.
• Languages: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both German and English.
  
  

At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
