Key Account Manager - Portable Power Systems - #2714129

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic accounts across DIY, Consumer Electronics, Specialist Retail and Distribution;
• Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers and senior decision-makers;
• Develop new accounts and channels, particularly in DIY, Electrical/Solar, Energy and Professional channels;
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, rebates, promotions, payment terms and annual agreements;
• Drive new product and category launches across Portable Power, Balcony Solar and Residential Energy;
• Manage account performance based on sell-in, sell-through, inventory, forecast and profitability;
• Work closely with Product, Marketing and Operations to ensure strong execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Key Account Management, Channel Sales or Business Development experience in DACH;
• Strong track record with major retailers, distributors or professional channels;
• Relevant background in Consumer Electronics, DIY, Power Tools, Solar/Energy, Smart Home or related industries;
• Strong commercial negotiation and account development skills;
• Both a hunter and an operator — able to win new business and systematically grow existing accounts;
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset;
• Fluent German and professional English, willingness to travel across DACH.
