Your mission

Your Start in ERP Consulting

Do you have experience and process knowledge in the areas of purchasing, sales, or logistics and want to advance your career? With us, you can apply your expertise to ERP consulting and, step by step, build your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM while expanding your consulting skills.

Responsibilities

As you gain experience, you’ll take on your own tasks and responsibilities in our client projects, with support from experienced colleagues. After a structured onboarding period, you can expect the following responsibilities:

• Advising our clients on the implementation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM in the areas of procurement, sales, and warehouse management
• Applying process knowledge from purchasing, sales, or logistics and translating it into digital solutions
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes in procurement, sales, and logistics
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of customized solution concepts based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM
• Participating in workshops and user training sessions, as well as providing hands-on instruction on the solutions
• Collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines as well as with our clients’ project teams
  
  

Your profile

• Practical experience and process knowledge in at least one of the following areas: procurement, sales, or warehouse management
• Experience in the digitization of purchasing, sales, and logistics processes, as well as an interest in current developments in this field
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM
• Interest in learning Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and providing consulting services
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to complex issues, as well as the ability to communicate complex topics in a way that is tailored to the target audience
• Enthusiasm for professional and personal development, as well as for sharing knowledge within the team
• German at least at the C1 level and good English skills
• Active engagement with AI solutions and the use of new digital tools
• Willingness to travel (approximately 25 to 50 percent)
