TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Actively involved from the start, you contribute to the development of own products and brands as well as to the creation of international launch and marketing materials
• Content is created by you in collaboration with creative agencies – from planning and conducting shoots to developing moodboards, drafting briefings, and coordinating layouts
• Market analyses, competitive analyses, trend analyses, and portfolio analyses are prepared independently by you, with relevant insights derived and shared with the international marketing team
• Acting as the interface between international and national departments, you coordinate cross-functional alignments and ensure a smooth flow of information
• The international marketing portal is maintained continuously by you, and target-group-appropriate PowerPoint presentations are created for various stakeholders
• In the day-to-day operations of international marketing, you contribute actively and support the team across both operational and strategic tasks
  
  

Your Skills

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme in business administration or a comparable field – a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's is equally welcome
• Beauty and lifestyle topics genuinely interest you, and you are looking to develop this interest further within a professional marketing environment
• Trends in the beauty and lifestyle space are something you follow attentively; you are able to structure and contextualise relevant developments in a meaningful way
• First practical experience – for example through previous internships – is part of your background and can be applied purposefully in day-to-day work
• Confident working with MS Office applications – particularly Excel and PowerPoint – and able to use them purposefully for analysis and presentation
• Tasks are structured independently by you; you maintain a clear overview even when managing several projects in parallel and contribute constructively to collaboration with international teams
• Fluent communication in both German and English – in writing and verbally – rounds off your profile
