About This Position

What you´ll do

• Define, lead and execute the global Procurement Compliance and Quality Management strategy & policies
• Ensure alignment with international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant management system requirements
• Drive certification readiness, certification maintenance, and continuous improvement programs
• Serve as Procurement's key interface to Data Protection, Cyber Security and Corporate Compliance functions
• Partner closely with Sustainability, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units to drive compliance with evolving Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), supply chain due diligence and responsible sourcing regulations
• Foster a strong compliance, quality, and ethics culture across Procurement
• Develop and deliver global training and awareness programs covering compliance, quality, environmental management, responsible sourcing and data protection
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• 10+ years of professional experience in Procurement, Compliance, Quality Management, or Governance functions
• Strong project and change management capabilities, as well as deep knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data governance, and privacy regulations
• Strong experience leading internal and external audits as well as remediation programs
• Certified Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and/or AS9100 management systems) is desirable. Candidates who do not currently hold this certification should be willing to obtain it through an accredited certification program
• Fluent in English
