About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

• Installation, Commissioning, and Technical Support: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine inspection & maintenance of automated warehouse and sorting equipment, including 4-way shuttle cars, conveyor systems, shuttle systems, lifts, AGVs, etc.
• Technical Solution Development: Responsible for preparing technical project proposals, conducting cost assessments, and performing electrical design work. 3. Knowledge Management: Responsible for collecting and organizing equipment failure points to build a knowledge base.
• Documentation: Responsible for creating and updating electrical maintenance manuals for equipment.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Responsible for conducting technical training for both internal and external clients to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
