Talent & Performance Lead HCM (d/f/m) - #2698368

About This Position

The Talent Lead HCM is responsible for the end-to-end design, alignment, and implementation of Workday Talent modules, including Performance, Succession, Talent Review, and Skills. The role ensures that global Talent processes are translated into scalable and standardized system solutions while defining the future Skills framework as a foundational element across HR.

• Knowledge of Skills-based HR approaches and frameworks
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable system solutions

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor/Master degree in in computer science, information security, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale HCM implementations (e.g., data cleansing, mapping, migration, validation) with a strong focus on data quality and risk mitigation
• Strong understanding of Core HR data structures, governance, and lifecycle across countries Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve security challenges
• Problem-Solver & Communicator
