The AI Experience Center (“AIXC”) is a highly innovative venue located in Düsseldorf, aimed at providing tangible interactive experiences to Deloitte's clients and practitioners by demonstrating AI’s potential for business and showcasing Deloitte’s own AI solutions & capabilities. The state-of-the-art space is equipped with cutting-edge AI software and hardware and is the latest addition to Deloitte’s portfolio of experience spaces in Düsseldorf (complementing the existing spaces of Deloitte Greenhouse & the Smart Factory) Secure our shared success and make a difference with us as: Head of AI Experience Center (m/f/d).

Your impact:

As Head of the AI Experience Center (m/f/d), you serve as its ambassador and lead its strategy, operations, and market positioning. You drive client engagement, oversee daily management, and ensure the Center’s long-term growth and commercial success.

• Ownership & Leadership: You are the face of the space and take full end-to-end responsibility for the AIXC, ensuring its success as a leading AI innovation and experience hub
• Vision & Positioning: You shape the strategic direction, oversee the design and delivery of workshops and lab offerings (in collaboration with Deloitte Greenhouse), and narrative of the AI Experience Center
• AI Content & Assets Pipeline: You stay at the forefront of external AI market developments and continuously connect with AI innovators & specialists to onboard new AI assets to the space and design new formats & journeys
• Brand & Communication: You represent the AI Experience Center internally & externally, through targeted communication, events, and marketing initiatives. Furthermore, build & maintain a networks & key relationships that will enable success
• Business Enablement & Market Impact: You drive the adoption and utilization of the Center across client engagements, helping Deloitte teams showcase AI capabilities, create client value, and unlock new business opportunities
  
  

Your skillset:

• experienced leader (min. 8+ years of professional and leadership experience with a successful track record in business development & commercial ownership, ideally across industries & functions, or in a consulting environment
• excellent communication & stakeholder management skills and feel confident working with our diverse participant groups (from colleagues to startup founders to DAX board members)
• strong business and/or technical understanding of AI, emerging technologies, and/or digital transformation, and are able to connect client- and industry-specific challenges with AI technologies
• hands-on mentality with a structured mindset and want to work in and build a great team and contribute your skills
• excellent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
