As Manager Solution Design (d/f/m), you will lead a team of Solution Designers, shape our solution portfolio, and turn customer needs into innovative, value-driven solutions. Working at the intersection of customers, business, and technology, you will drive growth and innovation at 4flow.

What your new challenge will look like?

• Shape the strategy and future portfolio of 4flow Solutions by identifying market opportunities and customer needs
• Lead and develop a team of Solution Designers who design solutions combining technology, processes, and logistics expertise
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear solution concepts and guide technical teams in bringing them to life
• Drive the development and implementation of digital solutions, including the use of AI and emerging technologies where they create real value
• Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, software teams, and internal experts to create impactful solutions
• Define success metrics and continuously improve solutions based on customer feedback and business impact
  
  

Why you belong at 4flow:

• You have 5+ years of experience in in product management, solution design, digital transformation, or a comparable role, preferably in the supply chain industry, and 2 years of experience in leading teams.
• You have a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies and know when they create real value.
• You have a proven track record in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and in translating business challenges into technical solutions.
• You demonstrate excellent problem solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• You communicate confidently in English; German is a plus.
• Your passion for continuous innovation and staying updated with latest technological advancements sets you apart.
