Your Responsibilities

• Project & Infrastructure Support: You support the implementation of network connection projects, track project documents, and drive digital signature processes using DocuSign.
• Document & Contract Management: You prepare contracts for signature, digitize records via scanning and archiving, maintain contractual documentation, and incorporate feedback from committees into required document formats.
• Quality & Logistics Control: You check and inspect incoming goods while assisting with administrative release processes.
• Correspondence & Organization: You structure, sort, and organize incoming mail and general correspondence, particularly in connection with project completions.
• General Team Support: You assist with the creation and maintenance of project records and provide general administrative support to the deployment and project team.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Ongoing university studies in any field.
• Professional Experience: First practical experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Technical Skills: Interest in project management, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects.
• Soft Skills: Structured, thorough way of working, strong organizational skills, high reliability, and strong self-initiative.
• Language Proficiency: Good written and spoken German language skills.
