Field Application Engineer
Personal Hygiene EIMEA (d/f/m)

WHAT YOU´LL DO
Provide timely technical support to Nonwoven and Tissue & Towel customers, including key accounts and internal stakeholders
Deliver tailored product recommendations, application solutions, and product demonstrations
Identify customer needs and drive high-impact solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. innovation, sustainability, digitalization)
Build strong partnerships with OEMs and OMMs to strengthen value-chain collaboration and market leadership
Share knowledge and implement best practices in collaboration with global teams
Develop and deliver technical and application training for internal and external stakeholders
Represent Henkel at internal and external events to support strategic business goals

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other relevant technology/science
Previous experience ideally in personal hygiene business (5 years), nonwoven or tissue & towel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with internal and external professionals of all organizational levels
Strong analytical skills with result-oriented and complex problem-solving approach, including troubleshooting, risk assessment and structured approach
Digital skills, lean management, operational excellence, project management, quality management, training capability
Fluent German and English skills, additional languages (French) appreciated
