Your central role

• 
  

  Defining and harmonising global HR policies, frameworks and solutions for Employer Branding, ensuring alignment with HR teams in international entities as well as HR Germany and ET&S.



• 
  

  Defining the global framework for Employer Branding and developing and managing ERGO’s global employer brand positioning, EVP and narrative.



• 
  

  Steering global campaigns and content strategies in collaboration with Corporate Communications and providing guidance and assets supporting local activation and adaptation of the employer brand.



• 
  

  Ensuring alignment with strategic brand management, DEI, sustainability and talent value proposition messaging, and coordinating global topics (e.g. Steering Top Employer audit, global EVP measurement).



• 
  

  Monitoring Employer Branding trends, steering global Employer Branding KPIs and providing situational support in topics within the functional area of Global Talent Acquisition.

Your profile

• 
  

  Holding a degree in economics with a focus on human resources and/or marketing/branding/communication, or alternatively bringing relevant professional experience.



• 
  

  Bringing several years of experience in human resources in the areas of personnel support/recruitment or marketing/branding and having experience in project work and confident use of MS Office products.



• 
  

  Demonstrating strong conceptual and analytical skills and experience in using and dealing with social media channels, combined with a high affinity for social media topics.



• 
  

  Showing high service orientation, creativity and initiative, while acting professionally and flexibly even under time pressure.



• 
  

  Possessing very good English skills and demonstrating a global mindset. Basic German skills are a plus.
