Product Manager – White Goods (m/f/d) – Full-time

Your Responsibilities

· Product Lifecycle Management: Take full, end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle (from market launch to end-of-life) for the White Goods / Major Domestic Appliances portfolio (including dishwashers, ovens, hobs, and ACs) across Europe.

· Market Research & Insights: Conduct deep-dive market and competitor analyses to identify consumer trends, technological developments, and regulatory opportunities within the industry.

· Product Localization & Definition: Adapt and define product specifications, features, and technical details to precisely fit European market standards and consumer expectations.

· Cross-Border HQ Collaboration: Serve as the vital primary technical and product liaison between the European sales teams and the HQ R&D center, participating in alignments and strategic planning sessions.

· Pricing & Profitability: Develop and optimize product pricing strategies to maximize retail competitiveness while safeguarding and maximizing target profit margins.

· Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to create robust product launch plans, training materials, and promotional/sales strategies.

Your Profile

· Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a comparable commercial/technical discipline.

· Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in Product Management or Product Marketing, specifically within the White Goods / Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) industry.

· Deep understanding of the European retail landscape as well as EU regulations and certification requirements (e.g., CE, ErP, Energy Labels).

· Fluent / business-level English is required; fluency in German or at least one additional European language is highly advantageous.

· Highly structured, autonomous, and result-oriented work style, combined with strong intercultural competence for collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.

· Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in intensive product and technical training sessions.
