Key Responsibilities

About the Role

Build and lead the accounts receivable and intercompany account management team, develop key talents, and establish a sustainable team structure with clear succession planning; decompose work tasks and design performance evaluation metrics for accounts receivable functions.

Responsibilities

• Continuously revise and improve the Sales Accounting Standards Manual and Sales Accounts Receivable Credit Evaluation Standards, organize relevant training sessions, and ensure daily sales operations are managed in strict accordance with contractual terms and internal standards.
• Supervise and guide sales receivables management across the Group and all subsidiaries.
• Organize cross-functional coordination to prepare sales cash flow plans and conduct annual reviews and approvals of customer credit limits.
• Ensure strict implementation of unified sales accounting standards, including standardized accounting treatment, daily reconciliation and settlement, and full legal and regulatory compliance; identify non-compliant business practices and develop corrective action plans.
• Track and manage the execution of daily sales activities to ensure the achievement of company revenue targets; promptly address issues such as overdue accounts receivable and slow collections, optimize receivables turnover, and mitigate cash flow and financial risks.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and reviews of sales performance, including volume, pricing, collections, and expenses; implement corrective measures based on review outcomes and track improvement actions to closure.
• Take responsibility for administrative policy management, including the revision and continuous improvement of company policies related to company seals, official documents, and independent operation management systems.
• Manage office fixed assets and review and approve asset management policies to ensure proper control and compliance.
