The Role:

As Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) you bring several years of experience in supply chain and project management, combine strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-centric, entrepreneurial mindset, and confidently navigate complex matrix environments while inspiring teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Your Role:

  • Forecasting & Pricing: You manage unit planning based on sales forecasts and, together with the E-Commerce Manager, develop a competitive pricing strategy, including coupons and audit compliance.
  • Catalogue & Order Management: You are responsible for catalogue management in coordination with No Waste Supply and coordinate the entire ordering process as well as the physical flow of goods for all divisions.
  • Supply Chain & Warehouse Management: You plan capacities with solidarity partners, conduct inventories, and ensure efficient inventory control throughout the entire supply chain.
  • Budget Responsibility & Compliance: You control the logistics budget, manage cost optimizations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations as well as their seamless tracking.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management: You negotiate and manage contracts, lead projects with third-party partners, and are regularly on-site in Muggensturm & Karlsruhe (at least quarterly).

Your Profile:

  • Supply Chain & Project Management: Several years of experience in supply chain or project management – you make sound decisions based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Analytical Strength: Strong problem-solving skills, structured prioritization, and attention to detail – even within complex, international matrix organizations.
  • Customer Centricity & Entrepreneurial Mindset: You maintain a consistent focus on the customer, identify innovation potential, and proactively drive continuous improvements.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2), a confident presence before senior management, and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way.
  • Collaboration & Inclusion: You actively build communities, work respectfully as equals, are open to new ideas – and have the courage to say a clear "no" when necessary.
