We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Project Development Acceleration Team. You will support process automation by developing digital applications within our ArcGIS Enterprise System. This role offers hands-on experience in renewable energy and digital project management, working with a diverse team on initiatives that improve project development and efficiency. You’ll contribute to process automation efforts and may eventually lead your own projects, enhancing both automation and project management skills.

• Project Kick-Offs and Project Management:
• Be the Single-Point-Of-Contact between the IT and represent the business area’s requirements by collecting and realizing them
• Contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of key digital process automation projects.
• Assisting with the creation of roadmaps, timelines, and regular status reports.
• Tracking milestones to ensure progress and alignment with broader team objectives.
• Technical support:
• Assist in the development of widgets/pages using JavaScript and React (inside Experience Builder).
• Write or edit small code components (e.g., UI logic, simple API calls).
• Test widgets and pages and report bugs.
• Documentation:
• Document source code with inline comments and developer notes.
• Write technical documentation for GitHub (e.g., README, setup guide).
• Assisting in the testing and implementation of new digital tools.
• Ensure business requirements were met with the tools
• Create a detailed user manual explaining how to use the tool step by step.
• Communicate to the business about progress and implementation schedule
  

Dein Profil

• Studying Geoinformation Systems, IT, or a related field with strong interest in renewables and digital transformation.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge, familiarity with HTML/CSS, and introductory React skills (or willingness to learn).
• Comfortable with version control (GitHub) and experience with REST APIs (JSON) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to break down complex tasks and identify inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, suggest improvements, and provide constructive feedback.
• Adaptable team player, comfortable in international teams, with strong collaboration skills; German language skills are a plus.
