About this Position Become a team member of the Global Adhesives Sales Excellence team and be responsible for driving business activities, tools, and processes to support the best execution of the sales strategy to shape our ideal salesforce.

What You´ll Do
- Assist and ensure success of selling programs, such as Social Selling, Sales Incentives, Awards and Voice of Sales
- Support launch of sales enablement initiatives globally with strategically aligned communications to the organization
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive AI and digital enablement of salesforce initiatives
- Student who is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or business management
- Previous experience in a B2B environment, such as through internships or a semester abroad, is advantageous, as are strong writing skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of Power BI considered a plus
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and dedicated team-player
- An analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work at a high level of independence
