Senior Teamlead Warehouse and Logistics (m/f/d) - #2224621

Your Responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a warehouse team (e.g. goods receipt, order picking, shipping, returns)
• Optimization and management of warehouse processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and occupational safety
• Planning and ensuring smooth daily operations, including personnel scheduling and resource management
• Training, development, and motivation of the team to continuously improve performance
• Interface communication with other internal departments
• Analysis and reporting of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), deriving and implementing measures for process improvement
• Support in project work, e.g. during the implementation of new systems or warehouse restructuring
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics, ideally with further qualification as a logistics supervisor or a comparable certification
• Several years of experience in a leadership role within warehouse/logistics (team leadership)
• Excellent knowledge of logistics processes, ideally in the context of a modern warehouse management system (e.g. SAP EWM, WMS)
• Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and high social competence
• Hands-on mentality combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good written and spoken German or English skills
