We’re seeking a passionate Community Expert (m/f/d) for our Düsseldorf office who can take the role of developing the Creative Community around Wacom Yuify Globally. This unique role combines strategic marketing, community engagement, and hands-on creative storytelling. You’ll be instrumental in growing Yuify’s community presence, creating campaigns that resonate with creators, and representing Yuify and Wacom at industry events—with the flair and empathy of a fellow creator. Key Responsibilities:

Community Development & Engagement

• Lead and evolve the Yuify community strategy to build authentic relationships with creators, influencers, and partners.
• Develop and manage community programs, creator spotlights, feedback loops, and social engagement.
• Nurture a vibrant ecosystem around Yuify that aligns with Wacom’s creative values.
  
  
  

Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to creative communities.
• Create compelling content in partnership with internal creatives, product, and design teams.
• Collaborate on product messaging, go-to-market plans, and audience segmentation strategies.
  
  
  

Event Representation & Creative Demos

• Represent Wacom Yuify at industry events, conferences, and creative meetups.
• Deliver live demos and presentations that showcase Yuify's value within creative workflows (especially Wacom-based).
• Support the events team with storytelling assets, stage talks, and hands-on workshops.
  
  
  

Creative Contribution

• As a creator yourself (illustrator, designer, digital artist, etc.), bring unique insights and feedback to product development and UX.
• Occasionally create original work using Wacom products to promote Yuify features in an authentic way.
  
  
  

Wacom Community Engagement Activities

• Support broader Wacom community engagement efforts by contributing to cross-brand campaigns, creative outreach, and relevant community-facing initiatives.
  
  
  

Your Profile:

• Demonstrable experience as a creative professional or serious creative hobbyist.
• Basic understanding or a relatable experience around copyright, digital rights management, and the challenges creators face around attribution and ownership.
• Experience organizing or participating in community-driven events or creative initiatives.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills—comfortable on stage or on camera.
• Deep understanding of creator needs and creative workflows.
  
  
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in product marketing or launching new digital products.
• Fluency in social media management, community platforms (Discord, Reddit, etc.), or content creation tools.
• Additional EU languages are always a plus
