To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent (m/f/d) for the BYD brand, to start as soon as possible. The position can be filled part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week).
What To Expect
- You are the first point of contact for our customers - whether in person, on the phone or by e-mail - and your friendly, professional communication plays a key role in shaping the first impression of our dealership.
- As the central contact person at the front desk, you will handle organization, coordinate visitor traffic, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- As the initial point of contact for the China Competence Center, you will play a key role in intercultural exchange and ensure efficient communication.
- In close cooperation with our sales and service teams, you will coordinate appointments, support daily planning, and enhance team efficiency through your structured approach.
- You will represent our dealership and the BYD brand through a professional and welcoming front desk environment, contributing to a positive customer experience and brand perception.
- You have completed vocational training or have equivalent experience in reception, administration, or customer service.
- You demonstrate strong customer orientation, business acumen, and a high level of responsibility.
- Your work style is structured, reliable, and solution-oriented – even during busy times, you remain composed and organized.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and present yourself in a well-groomed, professional manner.
- You are skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- You are fluent in Chinese and German or alternatively Chinese and English, both spoken and written – additional language skills are a plus.
- You identify with the innovative strength and forward-looking approach of the BYD brand and are motivated to actively contribute to the development of our company.
