Are you a data-minded student looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic environment? Our Sales & Account Management team is seeking a Business Analyst Working Student to join our Global Partner Solutions team. In this role, you'll dive into the exciting world of data analysis and technical problem-solving while managing a global account portfolio. How you’ll make an impact:

• Execute daily checks of core metrics on small & medium accounts
• Monitor API metrics to ensure swift and stable performance of small & medium accounts
• Analyse and trouble shoot errors in the interface of the provider and trivago, and coordinate technical issues with cross-functional teams
• Support senior account managers with in-depth performance analysis for top accounts
• Communicate with partners to ensure price accuracy on trivago’s platform
  
  
  

What you'll need to thrive:

• Current enrolment as a student with a strong interest in Business Analytics and Informatics
• Excellent analytical skills enabling you to detect data inconsistencies
• Good communication skills that allow you to deal with internal stakeholders and external partners (external communication is primarily done in writing)
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Fluency in English (our company language)
• Your working schedule in our team is flexible, but we would like you to work at least 15 hours a week
  
  
  

Stand out with:

• Experience with Salesforce and Jira
• Understanding of XML and JSON web services e.g. SOAP, REST
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience and strong interest in AI agent prompting and optimization
