What You´ll Do

• Execute new packaging development projects
• Ensure fulfillment of performance, quality and cost requirements
• Define and manage budgets to meet objectives
• Ensure compliance with Henkel SHE standards and circular economy targets
• Support cross-functional teams in developing new technologies
• Ensure packaging meets recycling, health, safety and regulatory standards
• Protect innovations through patenting
• Drive sustainability transformation towards PPWR compliance
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Degree(s) in Packaging/Chemical/Mechanical/Biochemical Engineering or comparable degree with master's
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a packaging role within FMCG or similar industry
• Passion for packaging and delivering innovative consumer experiences
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Team player with leadership potential
• Fluency in English is mandatory
