On Site Representative - Automotive OEM, Chemicals (d/f/m) - #2208723

What You´ll Do

• Provides on-site technical service at defined customer line
• Performs consignment inventory mgmt., manages / records / maintains all related consumption data at customer processes / lines
• Supports forecasting and supply process (material order) where applicable
• Maintains quality / efficiency level of products and escalates technical challenges to TCS
• Acts as first-window-person between customer line and field sales
• Growing & managing HAT technologies & business @ customer
• Develops customer centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
• Monitors competitor activities , pricing positioning
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Automotive Manufacturing field
• Additional qualifications in Sales / Business / Technology a bonus
• Required character traits: resourceful, independent, charismatic, flexible, proactive, resilient, mobile. Located at the customer, this role requires the candidate to work by themselves with only remote support from Henkel.
• This role requires the candidate to work in and walk around a production facility which is noisy and hazardous. The role includes some lifting
• Fluent English and German skills
