Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead a team of four specialists, each with challenging and diverse focus areas to support the effective operation of Energy Assets. Enable your team to deliver effectively in a flexible and diverse environment, across multiple locations and cultures
  • Be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the People Strategy for Energy Assets, ensuring Uniper‘s early careers development, talent development and succession planning is effective in our organisation
  • Be responsible for leading the development and delivery of programmes supporting our workplace culture in safety, health, wellbeing and DEI bespoke to our operational environment, working closely with the responsible enabling functions across Uniper
  • Be responsible for leading the Energy Assets Communication and Engagement Plan on behalf of the Energy Assets Leadership Team, supporting everyone in our business to have a clear line of sight between their work and our strategy, values and culture
  • Be responsible for leading the Stakeholder Management process for the Energy Assets Leadership Team simplifying and accelerating cooperation between functions
  • Be responsible for leading the effective prioritisation of strategic projects and resources across Energy Assets to best deliver our strategy and performance commitments while protecting our people. Be responsible for leading projects to effectively simplify our ways of working in order to increase performance and reduce workload
  • Be responsible for strategic projects with relevance to governance, people, resource and skills

Dein Profil

  • Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through line management or the delivery of complex cross-functional projects
  • At least ten years of experience in the field of energy or similar operational businesses
  • People-oriented and with strong listening and empathy characteristics
  • A strong understanding of employee engagement and people development
  • Experience of applying management systems in a position of responsibility, within a legal or commercial setting is an advantage
  • Good communication skills from operational roles to board level
  • Fluent in English required, fluent in German is preferred other languages are an advantage
